Features: Lady Edison’s naturally fermented, dry cured Hot Sopressata is porky, tangy, and rounded out by a lingering warmth from cayenne and red chile flakes. Made by our buddy Giacomo down the road in Greensboro, NC using whole muscles from our Animal Welfare Approved certified hogs.

Breed: Berkshire, Chester White, and Duroc cross.
